On this day in horror history.... May 31st, 1977
On this day in horror history.... the world of gimmicky horror lost it's patriarch, as William Castle passed away. Known for being a true showman and a master at getting butts in the seats, Mr. Castle could never be duplicated. I hope that somewhere you're still figuring out ways to entertain people. Rest in peace.
