On this day in horror history.... the greatest film ever made about sharks in tornadoes, is released on the Sy Fy Channel. Soon to be followed by one sequel a year, ever since, 'Sharknado' has proven to be something more than the sum of its parts. An oddity among the made for TV movie genre, this thing has created a sensation among fans, like myself. A guilty pleasure of the highest degree.
