#1: Sidney Prescott from 'Scream' played by Neve Campbell
She may be a controversial choice, but Sidney Prescott has always seemed to be the epitome of the "Final Girl". She starts out as a normal teenager who is thrust into a situation she can't control and has to grow up quickly, in order to save her own life. We then proceed to follow her life as she grows up in the shadow of being the victim over and over again. In the end, Sidney always walks away with her life, but she never walks away without the scars of being a survivor. That is why she's my choice for the ultimate "Final Girl".
