On this day in horror history.... December 20th, 1996
On this day in horror history.... Wes Craven released one of his best known films of all time, 'Scream'. A film that revitalized the horror genre in the 90's and brought the slasher film back into vogue. It also made scary movies fun, but terrifying at the same time. Sadly, it spawned a lot questionable knock offs, but also gave us a franchise to remember. Long live Ghostface!
