On this day in horror history.... October 31st, 1961
On this day in horror history.... New Zealand born master film maker, Peter Jackson, is born. Long before 'The Lord of the Rings' and 'The Hobbit', Peter was knee deep in our beloved horror genre. Creating some of the sickest and most entertaining films of the day, he was a star of the rise.
