On this day in horror history.... the original horror hostess and co-star of 'Plan 9 From Outer Space', Maila Nurmi, is born. Forever remembered for being in one of the worst films of all time, she was also the template for the late night horror host for years to come. I still don't get how her waist was so small and still able to support her upper body?!?!
